Intermediate Youth Squad
The afternoons are aimed at sailors of Stage 2 ability or have taken part in the RYA OnBoard Scheme and need help with rigging/ launching, landing and general sailing. Structure of the sessions We will concentrate on improving their basic sailing skills and manoeuvres using coaching and games to achieve this aim. These advanced youth sailing sessions are aimed at sailors of Stage 3 ability and upwards i.e- they will not require help with rigging/ launching and landing and will have an understanding of how to race and be comfortable sailing on all points of sail around Bewl.
