These sessions are for children 5 – 8 years old who, after a few have a go sessions and your child has built confidence they can join the afternoon sessions and work towards gaining the RYA Stage 1 qualification over 4 afternoons. Cost includes logbook and certificate.
We expect parents to take a active role in teaching their child, helping with rigging and getting on the water. There will be an RYA Dinghy Instructor helping run the session along side the parents.
Session time PM 1330 – 1630
Please note due to the age of the children we will cancel these events if the weather is not favourable.
