These session are for children 5 – 8 years old. Once your child has completed Stage 1 they are welcome to join the Amazons group which aims to train our Optimist sailors up to RYA Stage 2. Children will probably need to attend at least 6 sessions to reach the required standard. Cost includes logbook and certificate. 09:30 - 12:30
We expect parents to take a active role in teaching their child, helping with rigging and getting on the water. There will be an RYA Dinghy Instructor helping run the session along side the parents.
