ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Article 22(a) of the Memorandum and Articles of Association that the Annual General Meeting of Bewl Valley Sailing Club Limited will be held on Sunday 18th November 2012 at 14.30 hours at the Clubhouse, Bewl Water, Lamberhurst, Kent.
Article 22(c)
“Two weeks before the date fixed for the AGM the agenda, accounts and proxy voting forms will be published on the club website. Members wishing to receive paper copies must request them from the Club Office.”
