Catering Opportunity at Bewl

Bewl Valley Sailing Club is one of the best championship sailing clubs in England and its club house overlooks 770 acres of water and fine landscapes. As part of its strategic plan for the future development of the club the board now wishes to appoint an experienced organisation/ individual to provide catering services for its members and function catering for other users

The provision of services to members, termed galley catering, is required at weekends Wednesday evenings and bank holidays. Function catering is required on an ad hoc basis and will generally cover conferences and special events. Galley catering will cover hot and cold basic meals for members who have limited time "off the water". Function catering will encompass a larger menu range often specified by the "client" organisation

The club is prepared to consider any structure for the catering contract from the granting of a third party licence to some form of partnership, joint venture, or profit sharing. The initial contract period will be for three years and thereafter subject to annual renewal
